The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance repairs and inspections across studio facilities including electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry. Ensures equipment stages and production spaces remain safe functional and compliant. Provides timely response to maintenance requests supports production schedules and upholds high standards of reliability in a fast-paced studio environment.
Shifts:
All these shifts (4 x 10 hours) depending on active production have the potential for overtime.
Pay: $22.00- 23.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess valid unexpired drivers license
High School Diploma GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
Handle heavy workload of calls
Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
Manage workload and job scheduling
Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
Keep manager informed of customer feedback
Communicate effectively and promptly
Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client customer and team
Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
When the Supervisor is present the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
