Cardiac Cath/EP Lab - Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)
Start Date: 12/08/2025 End Date: 03/07/2026 Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Primarily Days (with late evening and on-call rotation) 10-hour shifts
About the Role:
Join a dynamic Cardiac Cath/EP Lab team providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional cardiac care. The Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) supports invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Youll prepare sterile fields set up equipment and participate in all procedural roles - including scrub circulate and monitor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or ARRT (ARRT preferred)
BLS & ACLS (AHA only)
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Meets NYS Public Health Law 2824 (grandfathered or eligible)
Critical care or cardiac experience required
Required Experience Includes:
Right & Left Heart Hemodynamics
Cardiac Interventions: CTO PCI Pericardiocentesis Vascular Interventions RotoPro LVADs AngioVac FlowTriever
Mechanical Circulatory Support: ECMO Impella IABP ProtekDuo
Structural Heart Procedures: TAVR MitraClip Watchman CardioMEMS PFO ASD VSD Valvuloplasty
Schedule Details:
Primarily Day Shift (some late evening and on-call rotations)
10-hour shifts
Full-time hospital-based role
