DescriptionThe Account Supervisor is responsible for managing janitorial service operations for assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction compliance with contractual obligations and high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising site managers and janitorial teams maintaining budgets and serving as the primary liaison between the client and the company.
Pay: $19.12/hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon the applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.
401(k) You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions dollar for dollar for the first 3%. For the next 2% ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing concerns and ensuring service expectations are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to review performance and resolve issues.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites or accounts.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate special projects and emergency cleaning requests.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise site managers and janitorial staff; provide training and performance feedback.
- Assist with hiring onboarding and scheduling of staff.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets control costs and approve invoices.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.
- Develop and execute improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities services.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Desired Skills- Customer service and relationship management.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations.
