Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full-Time
Premier Senior Community Brookfield Wisconsin
Schedule: MondayFriday with one weekend rotation per month
Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a premier senior living community in Brookfield WI. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered care within a senior community setting
Implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility strength and independence
Lead residents through therapeutic exercises and ADL-focused activities
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal clinical outcomes
Educate patients families and staff on proper mobility and safety practices
Maintain clear accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin PTA license
Strong clinical skills with a passion for working with seniors
Excellent communication teamwork and organizational abilities
Professionalism reliability and a positive attitude

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
