We are hiring a Senior Radiographer in our hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of departmental exam protocols and their appropriate application based on clinical indications or the requesting surgeon.
Demonstrated high level of clinical knowledge to perform role responsibilities effectively while keeping abreast of technological developments and their potential impact.
Proven experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams at both clinical and administrative levels.
Awareness of Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements with the ability to apply and maintain compliance consistently throughout the year.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve equipment issues locally before escalating to CSR or Medical Physics.
Commitment to providing a high-quality patient-centered service with the ability to empathize with and treat patients relatives and colleagues with dignity and respect.
Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and members of the multidisciplinary team.
Capacity to apply professional knowledge to ensure best practice in all clinical and operational activities.
Dedication to maintaining high standards and continuously improving service quality.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic rapidly changing environment with a willingness to undertake additional duties as required.
Demonstrated awareness and appreciation of service users promoting respect empathy and dignity in all interactions.
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography.
- Qualification must be recognised and validated by CORU.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Radiography.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team of radiographers.
- Proven ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical situations effectively.
- Strong capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- High level of responsibility accountability and individual initiative.
