Day Rate: 260 inside IR35

Role Overview
We are currently looking for Investment File Reviewers to work in a results-orientated and process driven environment as part of a high-quality team helping a major financial service provider deliver a past business review project focused on investment product sales. You will be responsible for conducting accurate file reviews for the client and its customers in line with prescribed processes.
- Conduct suitability assessments across a range of different product types (including ISA OEICs Investment Bonds Structured Products and Pensions)
- Carry out customer contact (where required) to conclude Suitability Assessment
- Where applicable perform Data Gathering and Date Enrichment & Validation activity (DE&V)
- Deliver high quality review outcomes documenting decision rationale in line with suitability review guidance
- Write final response letters
Supplementary Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the process in depth
- Rapidly incorporate ongoing business and process changes into your ways of working and conducting case reviews
- Act upon feedback from quality checking functions learning from any mistakes and rectifying moving forwards
- Support other team members with their case reviews
- Minimum 6 months experience conducting Suitability Assessments
- Strong customer focus and experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work to demanding deadlines
- Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
- Ability to work remotely/ independently
- RQF Level 4 in a suitable qualification e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- 2 years experience conducting Suitability Assessments
- Experience performing manual redress calculations
- Experience of contacting customers to conduct suitability reviews
- Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
- Experience of calculating redress using Exasoft redress manager
- Experience of Whole Life or Tax inheritance
This is a contract role for an initial period of 6 months. Commitment to the duration of the project is expected.
