Founded in 2009 CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms. CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design manufacturing marketing fitting and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
Along with costume design software CLO Marvelous Designer and Jinny we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
CLO Virtual Fashion which is leading the global digital fashion market currently has a total of 18 offices in 14 countries around the world including Asia North America Europe and South America and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and become a foundational partner in securing the best talent for CLO Virtual Fashiona fast-moving innovator in fashion technology.
This role is a pivotal strategic partnership that directly influences our business trajectory and organizational culture. You will be central to designing and executing talent strategies aligned with our ambitious growth objectives identifying individuals who authentically embody CLOs values and enhance our unique culture. Furthermore you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy across the entire European region and actively participating in broader Global initiatives.
To thrive in this challenging mission we seek a proactive professional who maintains a deep awareness of global recruitment standards industry trends and best practices in Human Resources.
