Job Summary

Experience working on ServiceNows CMDBITAM modules

Analyze system performance is-sues and determine performance enhancements

Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalo

Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create maintain custom workflows

Con-figure application related fields forms views email notifications acceptance roles and ac-cess controls

Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems applications via APIs

Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals

Prepares reports on analyses

Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript Jelly Web Services MYSQL XML HTML and CSS

Must have experience in Lighting components

Strong background in software development software architecture data structures algorithms and SDLC model

Experience with scripting languages such as Python especially under Unix Linux

Knowledge of database application concepts SQL query optimization

Design and develop ServiceNow applications modules and integrations to automate and improve various business processes

Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and applications ensuring data consistency and smooth communication between systems.
