Overview

TheCPWS RetailSales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting Sales Consultants and Area Managers by executing product placementactivities servicing accounts and engaging in direct sales with customers. This position requires building strong customer relationships and ensuring that company products are prominently displayed and fully stocked in retail environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Buildpositivecrediblelastingcustomerrelationshipsbasedontrust

  Servicestoresin assigned territoriesthroughrefilling existing displays cold boxes and shelves

  Update pricingspecial offers and custom signage

  Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages

  Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accountsand provide sales route coverage as needed

  MaintaindeepknowledgeofSGWSproductsandcorrectlypresentandpositionthemineachaccount

  Utilize survey tools to collect customer feedback and market data within accounts

  Proposesellingsolutionstocustomersandwinthesaleusingconsultativesellingskills

  AchieveinternalSGWSandsupplierobjectivesasprioritizedbymanagement

  Participate insalesmeetingson-sitetrainingsandsuppliereventsasrequired

  High School Diploma or GEDrequired
