Rehab Resources is excited to offer a part-time position for a Pediatric Physical Therapist in Manitowoc County! As a Pediatric Physical Therapist youll provide care in both Birth to 3 and clinic-based settings working directly with children and their families in their homes and in our welcoming clinic. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Masters degree)
Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of childrens physical development mobility and strength
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills balance and coordination
Provide therapy in home and clinic settings while building strong relationships with families
Collaborate with SLPs OTs and service coordinators to ensure holistic care
Educate caregivers on strategies to support their childs physical progress at home
Maintain clear compliant documentation of progress goals and outcomes

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
