Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Pay Rate From: $31/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a job in Yuma AZ.
Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with mobility training strengthening exercises and functional rehabilitation activities.
Document daily notes patient responses and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.
Collaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes.
Follow facility policies professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
Strong therapeutic skills and ability to follow PT-developed care plans.
Good communication documentation and patient-care abilities.
Prior rehab experience preferred (based on facility need).
