The Opportunity

Monash Ventures is seeking a visionary Head of Fund Operations to design and lead the operational engine that powers our investment strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team driving commercialisation and innovation at scale.

As the Head of Fund Operations youll be at the heart of our investment execution designing scalable systems embedding best-practice governance and enabling disciplined capital deployment across our Follow-On Fund Pre-Seed Fund and strategic balance sheet initiatives.

Youll bring deep expertise in venture capital operations institutional fund governance and compliance oversight and play a pivotal role in aligning our investment activities with university protocols and global standards.

What youll lead:

End-to-end fund operations across multiple investment vehicles
Governance frameworks and due diligence processes
Investment Committee support and institutional reporting
Portfolio performance tracking and KPI dashboards
Founder education and governance enablement for investee companies

What youll need:

Postgraduate qualifications in finance or investment management
CPA or CA accreditation
Proven experience in venture capital or institutional fund operations
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Passion for innovation and university-based commercialisation
