Wedlike to seeexperience of surveying withinasocial housingresidential propertyenvironmentandyouwill be able todemonstrateyour knowledge of building maintenance and diagnostic techniques.
The overall purposeof the roleis todeliver ourrepairs damp and mouldand empty homessurveying will involve:
Conductingtechnical surveys and inspections across our housing stock forboth repairsand empty homes
Inspectingdamp and mouldcasestodiagnosethe root causeandidentifysolutions to resolvethe issueworkingin accordance withAwaabs Law
Ensuringhomes are safe hazard-free and compliant with HHSRS standards
Collaboratingwith contractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality repairs and improvements
Inspectingcompleted works for quality and compliance
