Your Role as Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our team is at the heart of everything we do. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will support the daily running of our Restaurant and Bar operations ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will lead by example working alongside your team to uphold high service standards and create a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

What Youll Do

• Oversee day-to-day service in the restaurant and bar ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Support guide and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Step in to train new team members ensuring our standards are consistently met.
• Assist with stock control ordering and maintaining a well-presented service area.
• Ensure that health safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to share feedback and implement improvements.
• Help handle guest queries or issues with professionalism and care.

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality.
• A passion for food drink and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A team player with great communication and people skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
