Job Summary
Physical Therapy Provider
Type: Contract
Locations: Multiple
Pay Range: $40$55/hour
Summary
The Physical Therapy Provider delivers individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring movement and enhancing functional independence.
Core Duties
- Conduct assessments and design specialized therapy plans.
- Carry out manual therapy exercise-based interventions and functional training.
- Reevaluate patient progress and adjust treatments.
- Guide patients and families on home exercise regimens.
- Work closely with the broader clinical team.
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress notes.
Requirements
- Accredited PT degree.
- Active Physical Therapy license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
