B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor with Dutch in Athens

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

• Salary: 1450 EUR gross up to 10% bonus

The project:

As a B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor you will support business clients by ensuring a premium service experience in the payments and acquiring sector. You will work with financial transactions payment terminals invoicing data updates and multiple business platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills accuracy and the ability to handle complex financial inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Support acquiring processes including handling commissions payments transaction reviews financial updates AML-related information and business account changes.
• Assist with POS terminal setup and management user access across multiple business platforms basic software guidance and shipment tracking.
• Manage invoicing tasks stock and terminal orders apply corrections or discounts when needed and follow up on negative balances or debt-related cases.

Requirements:

• Dutch language at minimum C2 level
• English language at minimum C1 level
• Availability to work on site in Athens
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial processes
• Strong PC handling skills and comfort with multiple systems
• Fast learner with confidence in working with numbers and data
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work toward targets

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1450EUR gross
• Performance bonus: up to 10%
