Job Summary
Construction Manager - Specializing in Mechanical
Oversee construction projects from inception to completion while collaborating with project managers and department heads.
This includes but not limited to the following:
Managing contracts change and modifications
Knowledge and experience managing the mechanical side of commercial construction
Vendor / Supplier relationships
Working with estimators
Site safety visits
Post project evaluations
Maintain project financials and projections
Work hand in hand with safety department
Generate and maintain reports
Monitor schedules manpower and cost to maintain budgetary adherence
Qualifications required to be considered for this opportunity:
Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering
Minimum of five years experience in construction management or engineering in the commercial field
Must have good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience with construction management software
Valid driver license with good driving record
Pass background check and drug screen
Must have extensive experience and knowledge of the mechanical side of commercial construction to include HVAC Chiller systems.
