About this position
You will be working to keep tenants home repaired and our grounds looking nice. You will be working under the direct supervision of our Maintenance Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience or training in the building construction trades building maintenance maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR
Six semester hours in construction management construction technology or engineering or any combination of these courses.Job Specification

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Painting repairing sheetrock holes in doors and walls fixing windows locks and all repairs needed.
Keeping grounds neat and clean
Plumbing fixing leaks under sinks in toilets replace wax rings general all over plumbing
Lawn maintenance work truck changing oil servicing
Repairing floors fixing loose tiles replacing flooring

Appointment: Probational
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
