Job Title: CNA LTC (Nights)
Location: Bennington VT
Shift: Nights (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $25 to $28/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA for an exciting night-shift opportunity in Bennington VT.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nighttime rounds and monitor resident safety
Assist residents with toileting repositioning and comfort care
Document overnight observations and incidents
Respond promptly to call lights
Support nursing staff with tasks requiring assistance
Maintain calm and supportive care during night hours
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification required
Night-shift experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong observation skills
Compassion and patience for LTC populations
