Qué harás
Gestionarás pedidos entregas y transferencias asegurando un flujo eficiente.
Resolverás incidencias de calidad y transporte manteniendo altos estándares de servicio.
Coordinarás cancelaciones cambios y adelantos de pedidos.
Brindarás capacitaciones sobre herramientas digitales (myCHEP) criterios de calidad y procesos clave.
Monitorearás stocks salud de cuentas y reportes BI apoyándote en SAP y CRM.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente y gestión de cuentas.
Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office.
Manejo de SAP CRM y bases de datos.
Habilidad para análisis y resolución de problemas.
