Your opportunity
We are looking forT2Tax Assemblers toassistduring tax season from mid-Januaryto mid-July. This role will require an in-office presence and isa great opportunityfor a newly graduated accounting or commerce student to gain experience in a public accounting firm during tax season.
Your major responsibilities
- Assembling T2 corporatetax returnsT-slips trustreturns and partnershipreturns
- Document scanning
- Other tasks may include filing reception relief and providing support to the admin teams
What welook for
- Able to work independently to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicationskills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office ExcelTaxprep andCaseware
- Flexible to work long hours due to busy season (which may include some evenings & weekends)
- Must be able to execute entire length of contract
