Job Summary
Workplace ESL Instructor
Location: Enid OK
Hours: 715 per week 14 week contract
About the Role:
The Workplace ESL Instructor will provide English language instruction tailored to employees professional communication needs. Responsibilities include planning lessons conducting classes and assessing learner improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 610 hours/week of ESL or ESP.
- Develop and update lesson materials.
- Track attendance and learning metrics.
- Attend meetings trainings and program events.
Requirements:
- TESOL certification.
- Excellent spoken/written English.
- Solid understanding of ESL teaching approaches.
Preferred:
- Bachelors in English/Education/Linguistics.
- 3 years teaching adult ESL.
- Experience in ESP.
- Strong classroom and tech skills.
