Job Description

This position involves evaluating patients with physical limitations and designing individualized therapy interventions. The Physical Rehabilitation Therapist plays a vital role in improving patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition and define therapeutic objectives.

Administer exercises strength-building work and manual therapy.

Utilize appropriate therapeutic technology and equipment.

Reassess treatment effectiveness regularly.

Provide guidance for at-home rehab continuation.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain clear updated documentation.

Requirements

PT degree from accredited institution.

Active state PT license.

BLS/CPR required.
