Registered Nurse Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Beulah ND
Shift: Variable Evenings/Nights
Shift Lengths: 8-hour & 12-hour options
Weekly Hours: 34 hours
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced LTC Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents during evening and night shifts. This role supports a skilled nursing environment requiring strong assessment skills attention to detail and compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents during evening and night shifts.
Monitor residents conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
Document assessments interventions and resident status accurately.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans.
Maintain a safe supportive and resident-focused environment.
Requirements
Active RN license (ND or compact).
Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing strongly preferred.
Ability to work a mix of evening and night shifts.
Strong communication clinical judgment and time-management skills.
