Intern Instructional Design

The Instructional Design Intern will support RailPros Training and Media Services team as we design develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for our railroad-based customers. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about instructional design adult learning media production and the business of employee training. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts and Training team members to observe and participate in the creation of impactful training content across various formats including eLearning instructor-led training and multimedia assets.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design Learning Design and Technology Workforce Development Adult Education or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Interest in learning instructional design tools and multimedia production.

• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with video editing or graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Canva).
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
