Job Description:

Are you looking to start or grow your career in IT Were seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality technical support to our executive leadership and wider business.

This role offers hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What youll do:

• Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktops laptops and mobile devices.
• Ensure meeting rooms and technology are ready for executive use.
• Assist with system updates testing and troubleshooting after changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and deliver projects.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Offer remote and onsite support across UK and EMEA locations.

What were looking for:

• A genuine interest in IT and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with PC/Laptop setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
