Job Summary
- Perform first-level review and distribution of supplier Product/Process Change Notifications (PCNs).
- Coordinate and track teams projects ensuring timely progress communication and follow-up.
- Conduct supplier data analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records documentation and databases to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth information flow and alignment between suppliers and internal teams.
Qualification & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in English Business Administration Supply Chain Management Project Management Data Analytics or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in supply chain project coordination data analysis or a similar role; promising recent graduates with strong learning agility and passion for the field can be considered.
- Experience working with suppliers and handling technical documentation (e.g. PCNs) is preferred.
- Previous exposure to reporting tools Agile systems or project management software is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint Project) and other data analysis/reporting tools; knowledge of databases or BI tools is a plus.
- Good English proficiency in listening speaking reading and writing with a CET-4 score of 425 or above or equivalent English level.
