Head Chef

Salary: Up to 33600

40 hours per week

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role ideally within healthcare hospitality or residential settings.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements particularly in elderly care.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and mentoring.
Creative flair for menu design and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

Design and prepare fresh nutritious and delicious meals for our residents with a focus on high-quality ingredients.
Lead by example in the kitchen fostering a collaborative environment that values teamwork and high standards.
Mentor and develop kitchen staff contributing to our internal Chef Academy and nurturing a passion for culinary excellence.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the management team to align meal planning with the needs and preferences of residents.
