Qualifications :

Bring your expertise to a role that demands vision and impact. We are looking for a technology leader with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field where a masters degree will set you apart. The incumbent should bring at least 10 years of proven leadership experience in IT including 5 years at a senior managerial level ideally within banking or financial services. Your deep knowledge of development cybersecurity and architecture will be the cornerstone of driving innovation and shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Additional Information :

• Deliver Strategic Technology Plans: Oversee execution and ensure stability and quality of IT solutions across the Bank and shared execution teams.
• Coordinate Alignment Across Stakeholders: Ensure technology solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Manage IT Portfolio Toolbox Lifecycle: Own and operationalize the technology toolbox ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions and continuous improvement.
• Drive Adoption of New Technologies: Promote adoption of innovative technologies and guide the implementation of services and technologies across the Bank.
• Provide Strategic Direction and Governance: Participate in governance processes manage budgets and support CIO reporting on finance risk and compliance.
