As part of OpenWebs Monetization team you will be responsible for the setup day-to-day management and optimization of both display and video advertising activity across our global publisher network. Youll play a key role in driving revenue growth improving yield performance and ensuring the success of our monetization KPIs.

What Youll Do:

  • Managing and optimizing ad performance across Display and Video channels to maximize revenue and fill rates.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues providing fast and effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Partner Success and Demand Partnerships teams (in TLV NYC and globally) to support operational requests such as new ad unit setups approvals from demand partners and integrations.
  • Analyzing campaign and yield performance identifying trends and recommending data-driven strategies to improve monetization results.
  • Managing the technical aspects of advertiser and SSP/DSP integrations within OpenWebs ad and revenue ecosystem.
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to test new monetization products wrappers and demand integrations across display and video environments.

What Youll Bring:

  • 2 years of experience in a related role (Campaign Manager Ad Operations Manager or Account Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience using Excel or Google Sheets to manage and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs DSPs ad servers header bidding etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with GAM (Google Ad Manager) - Advantage
