Job Summary
The Optical Worker will accurately & efficiently assemble and dispatch all order types receive and put away inbound stock and any other warehouse duties that are required.
Responsibilities
Order assembly using Voice Pick or a handheld RF device.
Packing and Scanning orders for dispatch using JDA Pack Stations or Multi Scanner Stations.
Unpack sort and put away incoming goods using handheld RF devices and ensure the task is completed accurately and efficiently.
Replenish warehouse locations accurately and efficiently using handheld RF devices.
Accurately cycle count of stock using a handheld RF device.
Operation of materials handling equipment.
Training of new or casual staff in the order assembly process scanning and RF handheld use.
Work as a team member helping to contribute to the departments achievement of the KPIs.
Follow work instructions and procedures.
Work safely and adhere to company safety procedures.
