Cage Cashier

We are seeking a Cage Cashier to join our professional casino team. The position offers the following responsibilities:

• Process and manage monetary transactions while ensuring exceptional guest service from the window bank position
• Handle guest and company funds in accordance with gaming regulations and company procedures
• Process gaming chips tickets and check transactions while managing markers and fills with accuracy
• Maintain accurate bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during assigned shift
• Process guest credit applications and maintain customer credit files
• Manage window markers and safety deposit boxes for guest accounts
• Input markers fill and credit slips into the computer system with precision
• Provide detailed information to guests regarding casino promotions and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure work station is properly stocked and organized
• Perform duties while standing for extended periods during shift

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications :

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous cashiering or cash handling experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and currency handling
• Technical competency with calculators computers and currency counting equipment
• Physical capability to perform essential functions including standing bending pushing and lifting up to 26 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming-related certifications and licenses as mandated by local regulations
