Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator (Bilingual) will manage and grow Elk Grove Power Sports online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to engage a diverse customer base and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Develop and publish engaging posts (text images videos) for Facebook Instagram TikTok and other platforms.
- Translate and localize content for English and Spanish audiences.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments messages and reviews promptly in both languages.
- Build relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement reach conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and service teams to promote promotions events and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with management to align social media strategy with business goals.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay current on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to boost engagement.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience: 12 years in social media management or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite Canva Meta Business Suite).
- Basic photo/video editing skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication creativity and attention to detail.
