Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer (58 years) to support large-scale analytics and data transformation initiatives within a global consulting and life-sciences environment.
- Design build and maintain DBT models to transform raw data into validated analytics-ready datasets.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end ELT pipelines ensuring data quality reliability and performance.
- Maintain DBT projects with proper version control documentation reviews and CI/CD integration.
- Collaborate with data engineering analytics and business teams to understand data needs and ensure robust data flows.
- Implement data quality checks testing and validation processes.
- Ensure pipelines are scalable well-structured and aligned with governance and platform standards.
- Support troubleshooting optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT Core or DBT Cloud.
- Proven background designing and maintaining ELT workflows.
- Expert Python skills for data manipulation automation and transformations.
- Exposure to CI/CD (GitHub Actions GitLab Jenkins etc.).
- Ability to work in international teams across time zones (US Central Time collaboration required).
- Strong analytical mindset structured communication and problem-solving skills.
