Responsibilities:

• Expertly manages and leads kitchen operations with confidence and precision

• Design innovative trend-driven dishes and special event menus

• Cater to diverse dietary requirements with expertise

• Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards

• Foster a positive collaborative and productive workplace

• Keep costs under control without compromising quality

About You:

• Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)

• Thrive under pressure staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills plus flexible availability on weekends and evenings

• Holding a Food Safety and/or HACCP certificate youre ready to make every shift a success!
