As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will be working at Harders warehouse facility in southwest Phoenix AZ. This facility supports our projects throughout the AZ valley with materials fabrication equipment shipping and receiving for installation projects supporting all of Harders plumbing and process piping services. The hours at this facility are 5:30am 2:00pm Monday-Friday. The location for this position is 315 S 57th Dr. Phoenix AZ 85043

What youll be doing:
You will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations including training and supporting the warehouse team. You will organize warehouse operation systems and manage equipment inventory in addition to making sure the work is completed safely on schedule and up to Harder Mechanicals quality standards.
Warehouse Logistics Coordinators at Harder perform the following daily tasks:
- Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck/trailer are dispatched for the job.
- Manage document controls includingscanningand filingBOLs driver PODs and inspection logs
- Update warehouse inventory
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Work with the warehouse teamto minimize overtime and maximize efficiency
- Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders
- Meet with the warehouse team to discuss productivity and develop lean organization
- Help keep warehouse clean & organized
- Stageproduct/materials
- Additional tasks as required
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Able to take direction with little oversight
- Organized and productive
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
- Follow OSHA safety regulations
- Learn & implement Lean Principles
- Strong math skills are helpful
- Experience driving forklifts to assist in loading & unloading trucks
- Physical requirements: must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) must be able to stand for long periods of time crouch kneel and lift
Education/Experience:
- Must be 21
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing a team
