Job Summary

UI/UX Designer Offshore (Reports & Dashboards for P&C Domain)Role OverviewThe Offshore Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and user experience strategy for reports and dashboards related to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This role involves collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to create intuitive visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance decision-making and data ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for dashboards and wireframes prototypes and high fidelity mockups for Power BI dashboards and other reporting designs align with usability principles accessibility standards and corporate branding the end to end design process from concept to final implementation ensuring seamless user with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design design specifications and provide guidance to offshore and onshore teams for consistent updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and BI Skills & Experience8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on dashboards and data in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or with Power BI and other BI platforms for dashboard understanding of usability principles responsive design and accessibility to translate complex data into intuitive visual communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirement in P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable.
