Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate plan and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
Improve patient mobility strength and functional abilities through therapeutic interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate documentation of care progress notes and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury-prevention strategies
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Alaska
Minimum 12 years of experience in post-acute care skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
