Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking QMAP / CNA for an exciting Travel or Local job in Steamboat CO.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications in accordance with QMAP regulations
Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
Monitor and document patient conditions
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal resident care
Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Active Colorado QMAP certification required
Current CNA license (Colorado) preferred
Previous experience in a care facility environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
