Mission Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected downtown Los Angeles plaintiff personal injury practice that is quietly known for handling some of the most meaningful and complex injury cases in California. This is not a volume shop. This is a tight high-performing trial team looking to add a proven litigator who can immediately step into a leadership role and help drive major cases forward.

This role is designed for a confident courtroom attorney who thrives in a collaborative in-office environment and wants to be a true second-in-command on significant matters with a clear path to long-term growth.

What you will be doing

Managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Developing a litigation strategy on complex matters
Drafting motions oppositions and trial materials
Taking and defending depositions
Preparing cases for mediation arbitration and trial
Working closely with the lead trial attorney on high-exposure cases
Communicating directly with clients and guiding them through litigation

What the team is looking for

Substantial personal injury litigation experience
Deep comfort handling active caseloads with real responsibility
Strong deposition and motion practice skills
Trial exposure as first- or second-chair
The confidence to run with cases independently while collaborating at a high level
Bilingual skills are a plus
Attorneys from the defense side with serious litigation depth are welcome to explore a transition

Compensation and benefits

Competitive base salary in the $200000$260000 range
