- Operate spray equipment spreaders and aerators
- Drive a company truck on a daily route
- Provide friendly professional service and answer basic customer questions
- Identify lawn issues and recommend additional services
- Assist with equipment cleaning loading and shop tasks
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently and stay on schedule
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the shop
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Experience in lawn care pest control landscaping or farm/field work is a plus but not required
