Responsibilities:
Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments.
Deliver internal training programs.
Manage EASA Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings.
Coordinate with QA team to manage the implementation and follow-up of training activities.
Manage training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs.
Job requirements
Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate and B1/B2 EASA License essential
Strong experience with and good knowledge of European Aerospace regulations
French and English required (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint Word Excel etc.)
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
