Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team in a hybrid role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage and resolve workers compensation claims while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Utah Workers Compensation laws exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $100000 (commensurate with experience)
- Comprehensive benefits package including:

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve workers compensation disability claims in compliance with Utah Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts.
- Ensure adherence to the Utah Fair Claims Practices Act Utah Labor Commission rules and internal claims standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations evaluate claims and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with claimants medical providers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation disability adjusting.
- In-depth knowledge of Utah Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts Utah Fair Claims Practices Act and Utah Labor Commission rules.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong communication investigative organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Multi-line claims experience (preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
