Scheduler
Based in our Perth Support Centre (located in Northbridge) you will be responsible for scheduling large volumes of relief casual labour to our client sites across WA.

The Position
Reporting to the National Manager Central Hub this role will see you work in collaboration with our WA Operations Leadership teams in delivering cost-efficient labour scheduling of our casual relief pool across our client sites. This role will see you based from our Perth (Northbridge) office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the scheduling of planned and unplanned shutdowns mobilizations functions and BAU requirements for all sites
- Liaison with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements
- Provide input into the development implementation and update of site based casual pools
- Co-ordination and distribution of basic labour reporting to key internal stakeholders on a daily /weekly & monthly basis
- Contribute towards identifying and solutioning cost effective labour outcomes
The Person
- Previous experience in a scheduling rostering or workforce planning role is favorable
- Experience working in remote/offshore environments with a variety of FIFO/DIDO rosters is desirable
- Demonstrated experience with workforce system Deputy (or similar platform) is desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Highly developed verbal telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure independently and within a team
- Excellent analytical reporting and organization skills
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Determinationto work with business KPIs and deliver results
