Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented junior Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career litigator to work on complex high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
- 1 years ofsubstantive litigation experience
- Proven legal research writing and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Highly motivated and driven with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
- Contribute to discovery including taking and defending depositions
- Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
- Participate in trial preparation hearings and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients co-counsel and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $180000-$215000 as determined by experience and market factors
