Job Responsibilities:

Provide oversight of a Nurse Practitioner.
Enroll patients in research studies.
Manage call coverage as required.
Primarily work in an inpatient setting with some outpatient coverage.
Document patient interactions using the EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
Active Virginia medical license - REQUIRED
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - REQUIRED
Clean background check is required; NPDB submission needed for verification - REQUIRED
Provider must be local; only mileage will be reimbursed - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology.
Active Virginia Medical License.
BLS Certification.
