Job Description
Project/Program:Expert Oracle Forms & Reports Software Architect
Day-to-Day:
- Act as a Lead Oracle Forms and Reports developer on all assigned projects. Designing coding testing debugging and tuning Oracle 12C Forms and Reports programs for a high profile OLTP production application.
- Provide architectural direction on all assigned projects.
- Ensure that the system architecture integrates hardware software data and procedural system components to satisfy system requirements.
- Provide overall technical vision of various internal and customer facing software applications.
- Work with key program area stakeholders to understand the business requirements for new/redesigned systems.
- Articulate and communicate the architecture and key design patterns within the program areas and IT.
- Collaborate with the IT and program area leads to translate program area requirements into technology requirements and recommend viable technical options.
- Defines the migration and implementation strategy.
- Acts as a Mentor in developing the skills and expertise of other IT developers on the team by performing code reviews and suggesting changes that will best fit the Program and Agency needs.
- On-call support of production applications is required
Software Architect - Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
Expert - 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Requirements:
- 84 months experience designing architecting and guiding the implementation of high-end scalable robust applications and solutions using Oracle Forms and Reports v10 or higher.
- 84 months experience developing scripts and testing for an Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c/19C environment.
- 84 months experience developing in PL/SQL and SQL*Plus and SQL writing stored procedures functions packages and triggers.
- 84 months experience creating UNIX shell scripts and programming applications for use with UNIX NT and PC environments.
- 60 Months experience performing advanced analytical and technical support of application interfaces and system interconnects.
- 60 months experience developing with XML & SOAP using SOA and Web Services.
- 12 months experience with FileNet.
