Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven marketing initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition engagement and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on expertise in digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the life insurance or financial services industry and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition and conversion across digital channels.

• Collaborate with GPMSS to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns including SEO and paid media (search display social)

• Analyze campaign performance identify insights and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Work closely with the Agency team to ensure effective lead distribution and lead performance optimization

• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders on initiative co-creation and delivery.

• Oversee marketing automation and CRM strategies to enhance customer lifecycle engagement.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.

• 8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing preferably in life insurance or financial services or Performance Marketing Agency

• Strong command of English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in performance marketing (SEO Paid Media email marketing)

• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics Data Studio) and marketing platforms (Adobe Salesforce or similar).

• Excellent analytical strategic thinking and project management skills.
