Job Summary
Wayman Education is looking for a Music ECT Teacher to join a thriving Good-rated Secondary School in Watford on a January start working full-time within a dynamic and ambitious Performing Arts department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate early-career Music teacher who values strong mentoring supportive colleagues and a school culture that recognises the importance of Music within a broad and balanced curriculum.
You will teach Music across KS3 and KS4 delivering engaging lessons that develop students performance skills creative composition listening ability and wider musical understanding. The department has a strong ethos of practical music-making and encourages students to participate actively in both curricular and extra-curricular music.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Music or related field
QTS / PGCE
Confidence teaching Music KS3KS4
Willingness to support and deliver extra-curricular music
Salary
Paid to scale MPS1MPS2.
