Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Application Administrator to support and maintain customer-facing banking applications such as internet banking mobile apps and middleware. The role focuses on ensuring availability resolving incidents monitoring system health and coordinating upgrades and deployments across Pan-Baltic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stability and performance of digital banking channels
- Monitor applications logs and integrations to prevent issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents; support change and release activities
- Collaborate with DevOps infrastructure and security teams
- Contribute to automation root cause analysis and continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- 5 years in application support or IT operations (financial sector preferred)
- Skills in Java/Spring Boot Jenkins Git
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs message queues databases (Oracle/SQL)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana ELK NewRelic)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and on-call readiness
- Fluent English; strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Cloud (AWS) application management experience
English: upper-intermediate
